Hi, My name is Dianne. I'm an orphan, currently living with my uncle and his family. I just graduated in college this year and still unemployed. I was wondering if there is a free operation for people with congenital heart disease, since I don't yet have money and don't wanna burden my uncle with my medical expenses. Thank you
