Hi, hope you can help gather information on how the following laws/programs affect investment (particularly foreign inv., Japanese inv.) climate in the Philippines:

1. Public-Private Partnership (PPP)
2. Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) Law
3. PEZA Policies

Hope there is information on: (a) an overview of the above laws/programs; (b) expected amendments and possible effects on economy (including economic metrics eg. GDP, taxes, etc); (c) statistics on projected increase in investors and investments (funding); as well as other data or reference you may deem relevant.
