Hello thank you for replying the Bureau of immigration issued it. I was with my friend who got the same but she visited the Philippines earlier this year and was detained by immigration for 2 nights whilst her mum went to the immigration in Manila and they lifted hers thank you REPUBLIC OF THE PHILIPPINES DEPARTMENT OF JUSTICE
