One of the major advocacies of the Office of the President is federalism. SWS released the result of its survey indicating that 75% of Filipinos are NOT aware of federalism.

The Philippine Information Agency is the PREMIER arm of the communication department of the executive branch in raising the awareness of Filipinos on the advocacies of the Office of the President.

In this light, I would like to request the following:

ALL Offline and materials (leaflets, brochures, posters, web campaigns etc) produced by PIA since July 2016 informing the public about Federalism.

This is in relation to your request dated Aug 09, 2018 04:31:15 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

Your request

You asked for Info materials produced by PIA on federalism.

Response to your request

We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from www.pia.gov.ph.

With regard to leaflets and brochures, these were not carried out by this Agency as we were not assigned to do such. As of this moment, PCOO-Proper works with DILG in the information dissemination plan for Federalism.

Your right to request a review
