Hi! I would like to request a clear and new copy of Absolute Deed of Sale (Certified Copy) of Lot No. 8046, Ccs-134 of the Pangi Plantation situated in the Barrio of Pangi, Municipality of Maco, Province of Davao del Norte (now Davao de Oro). My mother, Gliceria Duterte Bolivar, has the SPA to process the documents relative to the application of Land Title. She went to DENR Davao Lanang and CENRO Maco and got Certified Photocopy of the Deed of Absolute Sale BUT it was eaten by the termites and some of its words are not cleared. So the office instructed to request a clear copy from your office.

The PMO had given us already the Certified Copy of Full Payment and Recommendation/Indorsement of Issuance of Patent. So my mother went back to CENRO Maco to ask for the Certifed copy of the Deed of Absolute Sale in order to process the Land Title. She did received the Certified copy but unfortunately the copy the office gave was not clear due to its age and some parts are eaten by termites. So the DENR Davao Lanang and Maco CENRO instructed my mother to request from your office a NEW and CLEAR copy of DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE so that my mother can proceed to the application of the Land Title. Attached herewith are the not so clear Certified photocopy of DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE AND Technical Description given by the office of DENR, MACO CENRO.
I already phone called Sir Cesar Luis M. Pargas about this matter and he instructed me to go thru this process.
We earnestly pray for the positive response on this matter.
