I refer  your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Award To Mrs. Crispina Cuestas over Lot 129-M-26-A, Psd-11-050563 (Davao City).

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query we need an attached copy of valid ID and a special power of attorney or ay document indicating authority from the claimant.

thank you for your quick response.
following are my clarifications :

1. I have submitted my driver's license  LO2 - 82 - 016432 as ID ( I presumed).
    however, should there be a need for a screenshot, how to send one? 

2. The Notice of Award I requested is to support my request for the Heirs of Crispina H. Cuestas to execute a Deed of Sale for a portion of that concern property since they seemed unwilling to do the same. I am willing to execute any document attesting that the requested document will be used SOLELY for that purpose.

Is this request offensive?
