Good Day Sir/Ma'am,

May I respectfully request for a copy of Deed of Sale between NAFCO & Honorata Alicaba of a farmland Lot #5643-A located at Brgy. Southern Davao, Panabo City,  Davao del Norte and Certificate of Full Payment. Last payment was made last June 23, 1972 per OR#7736274 for land titling purposes.

Dear ANNIE ABANDULA,

I refer to my letter of Oct 25, 2021 12:42:21 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for 1. Deed of Sale (between NAFCO and  2. Certificate of Full Payment.

In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query. 

Please provide us a copy of a special power of attorney or any proof indicating  that you are  the heir of the claimant of the aforesaid lot, in relation the requirements of the Data Privacy Act. Email us the same at foi@pmo.gov.ph.

During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Oct 14, 2022 10:04:00 AM, your request will be closed.
