Good day!

The Heirs of Simplicio Sarmiento would like to request for a certification regarding the award to Mr. Simplicio Sarmiento in order for us to register the Lot 2910. We have a photo only have a copy of the Certification dated 12 February 1979 Awarding Lot 2910 (1882), Pls-247-D to Simplicio Sarmiento by the defunct NLSA LASEDECO/BOL as per Board Resolution No. 890, series of 1978.

The total amount of Four Hundred Eight Pesos (P408.00) on the said lot has been fully paid by Simplicio Sarmiento. The last and final payment under Receipt No. 9573532, Dec. 13, 1978.
