Please note: I had submitted this last year but the DENR Davao told me that I need to request for LEONARDO BOLASTIG as this name might have the copy of Deed of absolute sale and confirmatory request for the issuance of title. With the same survey number. Thank you so much for your understanding.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office does not have information you have requested.
