A request for the Deed of Absolute Sale from your office for us to start the titling of the land. Moreover, the titling of the land is long overdue since Cristituto Labora has made the final payment, August 1994, and has been certified by the Board of Liquidators. We already sent to PMO certified true copies of the Deed of Absolute Sale between Cristituto and Victoria Labora and Maria Rosario Cue-Cordero and Certified True Copy of the Special Power of Attorney from spouses Labora given to me. Kindly inform us to what more documents you need from our end to expedite release of the Deed of Absolute Sale of Cristituto Labora from PMO. Appreciate your office help regarding our concern.
