Status of Records of petition to apply Title/ Patent on Lot-F,Psd,-11-108376 Cad 174 being a portion of Lot 121, Psd, 34109 Cad 174 of Subdivision plan of Lot 543 Guianga Cadastre.
That the said Petition Letter to apply Title/ Patent pursuant to the order of payment leading to the issuance of Deed of Absolute Sale from the Privatization Management Office was already send to the Chief Privatization Officer ATTY; GERALD L. CHAN  through Registered Mail as per PHLPOST No. 0004073  on March 9, 2021 Letter Package No. RE 276 450 827 ZZ to the Chief Privatization Officer.
