Hi! I would like to verify if Simeon A. Cruz was indeed the Chaiman/CEO of the Board of Liquidators in 1995. We are in the process of titling a parcel of land granted by the Board of Liquidators in 1995, and BIR asked us to verify government's delegation of authority of the signatory (who was Simeon A. Cruz back then in 1995).
