Hi;

I would like to request for the list of names of employees in this department, because in May 2017 I was defrauded by a certain person who identified himself to be working in Malacañang. I just want the names and no other details. Thank you.

Dear Mr. Jeffrey Miraňa:

This refers to your letter sent through the eFOI portal on 19 July 2017 requesting the list of the names of employees in the Presidential Management Staff to enable you to validate whether a certain person is employed in Malacanang. Said request was made pursuant to Executive Order (EO) no. 2, s. 2016 on Freedom of Information (FOI) in the Executive Branch.

In order for us to properly respond to your concern, we would like to request for the factual circumstances surrounding the incident when you were defrauded and identify the perpetuator who identified himself to be working in Malacanang. 

You may opt to send the name of the said perpetuator thru email at foireceivingofficer@pms.gov.ph or this portal.

Hi;

In May 12, 2017, in a Starbucks branch located in EDSA Shangri-La, we had an agreement that he will get my car which was a White Mitsubishi Mirage g4 GLX CVT 2016 model with conduction sticker number NN1537 and you will pay it in full in the bank and my name will be cleared in 30 days or less. I made constant followup regarding this but he keeps on making promises. Only to find out that there has been a lot of other victims of this scammer. He has stolen a lot of cars. We are already working on legal matters as of this moment.
