Greetings, I would like to request a financial assistance for the hospita bill of my brother in Adventist Medical Center Manila. He had an operation in his testicle and my family cant afford to pay the medical expences of 88,800 pesos. I am knocking at your deep kind heart. Looking forward for immediate responce.

This refers to your request for financial assistance, which we received through the eFOI portal on 11 January 2024. 

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance, your request for financial assistance to settle the medical bill of your brother does not fall under the purview of the Freedom of Information (FOI) under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016). However, you may wish to send your request at info@pms.gov.ph for processing and endorsement to the concerned office. 

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to PMS Head Elaine T. Masukat at info@pms.gov.ph. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
