Thank you for your request dated Apr 03, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Blotter certificate.
	
In this regard, while our aim is to provide information whenever possible, we regret to inform you that we cannot provide you the same for the reason that release of Blotter Certificates and/or Police Reports is one of our FRONTLINE Services. Thus, such document should be provided and should be released by the repository police station only outside the FOI program.
