It would be better if you could go to the nearest police station to personally report the alleged scam that was committed against you, so that you can answer questions that would help identify and locate the said person who scammed you. The police station will evaluate your complaint and after that appropriate action will be taken by them. Rest assured that our police station will assist you with this concern of yours.
