Hi, I am a 3rd-year student conducting a study regarding the influx of online-based sexual harassment cases in the Philippines during the pandemic in comparison to the prior years. I would like to know the following information:

1. Number of online-based sexual harassment cases per region from the years 2015-2022

2. The top 10 most affected provinces in the country.
