I am Elaiza Patricia B. Castro, a BS Architecture student at New Era University, conducting an undergraduate thesis, titled, SINGKAYA: A Proposed Rehabilitation and Detention Center for Vulnerable Juveniles. In this regard, may I humbly request for the following data?

1. Number of CICL AND CAR per region from 2012-2022
- Per age groups
- Per gender
