As a field supervisor of Sto. Nino De Cebu financing corporation. I would like to request a copy of Police Blotter Certification involving Jesus M. Llaneta for buy bust operation at Dara ga Municipal Police Station, Albay  and said documents will serve as our  reference for his impounded motorcycle at LTo which have been finance by our office. Based on a memorandum from The Directorate for Police Community Relations (TDPCR) with the subject " Exclusion of information/documents issued by the PNP through its Frontline Services on the Policy of FOI" dated August 27, 2019. 
 All documents issued by the PNP through its frontlines services such as but not limited to Police clearance, motor vehicle clearance, and license to own and possess firearms(LTOFP) shall be excluded from the policy of FOI. in this regard, a blotter certificate is a piece of information issued by the PNP through a frontline service that excluded from the policy of FOI. I hope you understand this matter, thank you.
