I would like to request for the following data set for a research project entitled "Three Use Cases for Big Data in Universal Health Care: Social Determinants of Health, Service Delivery Networks, and Fraud Detection".  We need it to be in CSV format with data dictionaries in national, regional and provincial data for violent crime rates.
