Good day! I would like to make an information/ document request for the following:
1.) detailed crime statistics in Manila Police District Ermita Police Station (PS-5) in the last 5 years (2018-2022)
2.) Types of crimes (e.g., index crimes-murder, theft etc.)
3.) geographical location where each crime occurred (can be map of crime hotspots)
4.) Plan/programs of the PNP to reduce crime rate in the area
5.) other related data that can be helpful in our study

Since the purpose of your request is for your thesis/research study, please send us a copy of Request Letter from your School signed by the Dean/Head of the Office, also indicate the CY of your request as our reference in processing the requested data. You can send the Request Letter at foi.ncrpo@pnp.gov.ph and attach your 2 valid IDs (valid school ID and any government issued ID) front and back.
Please be informed that we only release data based on what the concerned unit can give (in figures only). Other information may not be included due to the FOI exceptions policy or confidentiality policy. Make sure that your request in eFOI portal are the same as what indicated request on your request letter from your school.
