Request to file a Police Report due to Hacking

Requested from PNP by A. Panganiban at 03:44 AM on Aug 05, 2023.
Purpose: Financial Concern
Date of Coverage: 04/01/2023 - 07/31/2023
Tracking no: #PNP-457012053350

Panganiban 03:44 AM, Aug 05, 2023

Hi, My name is Anna, and I would like to file police report due to our compromised Credit/Debit Cards, Loans, Emails, Social Medias, etc. but I don't want to file a case to the accused suspects.

To whom it may concern, I just want to have a Police Report for the purpose of asking grace period or additional time to settle all the debts that I have in my banks and loans. Please grant my request as I'm already bankrupt and don't have financial stability as of now and don't also have the capability to go to PNP Cyber Crime Station as I was depressed and still having trauma. Thank you.
