Hi I would like to ask for help for how can i ask for refund. I double paid my aunt's police clearance via landbank.
1st payment was unsuccessful daw po. Never thought na binawas po pala nila parin. 2nd payment few minutes from 1st payment was successful. I have found out that it was deducted when i check my online banking app.. Can you help me po with this matter? Thank you so much po.

While we aim to provide information whenever possible, in this instance this Office determined that your request is not covered under Executive Order No. 2 (s.2016) on Freedom of Information and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. However, you can address your concerns to the Land Bank of the Philippines through their customer service hotline at 1-800-10405-7000, visit their website at https://www.landbank.com or you can visit the nearest Land Bank of the Philippines office in your area.
