Good day,

I would like to inquire about the IRFs that is used to collect data about a police report. Is it a document that is covered under the FOI and if so, which sections of the document are considered non-identifying.
Following up this question is, is it possible for a private citizen to obtain information of a recorded incident that recorded under the Incident Record Transaction Receipt.

In kind regards,
Joshua Emmanuel Sanchez, BS Computer Science, AdZU
