Hello good afternoon. Last monday I saw an online seller on fb marketplace selling ipad pro worth 25,000php. The seller's name according to profile is Wenzell Jimenez. I paid a downpayment worth 12,500php to her allegedly husband Renato M. but the seller did not show up in the meeting place and blocked me yesterday. I can no longer contact their facebook and number. 

I would like to file a complaint against them as being online scammers and return my money.
