Hi! This is in reference to the  Philippine Statistical Yearbook, TABLE 17.9 Number of Highway Traffic Accidents: 2010 to 2014
https://psa.gov.ph/products-and-services/publications/philippine-statistical-yearbook. PSA advised to coordinate with you to get the aggregate data of road traffic accidents due to drunk driving. 

I also want to request for the data by monthly and per region. Thank you so much.
