Good day, I would like to ask for financial assistance from your good office for my father, PEMS Elmer Bermillo Bunao who is assigned at Muntinlupa City Police Station Headquarters. He is currently admitted at Perpetual Help Medical Center - Las Pinas due to a heart attack which he suffered last Monday, November 7, 2022. He had to undergo coronary angiography and angioplasty today which we were given a quote of 275k PHP. We humbly ask for you help and assistance in these trying times. Thank you very much!

We would like to inform you that your request  is not under FOI since you are  not requesting any data or any information from this Office. The PNP CESPO under PEMS Louie S Makilan is already requesting for any voluntarily financial assistance from all PNP personnel to support the hospitalization expenses of your father and to alleviate the financial burden of the family.
