From the Commission on Human Rights-Cordillera Administrative Region, Please be informed that this Regional Office took cognizance moto proprio of the cases of Arbitrary Deprivation of Life (ADL) of Barangay Chairman, Ronie Bringas of Angad, Bangued, Abra, Barangay kagawad, Fermin B. Pilor Jr. and Romualdo P. Amano of Dolores, Abra. Chairman Bringas was shot on the head while watching a basketball tournament at the Barangay gymnasium  While Kagawad Pilor and Romualdo Amano were shot outside the residence of Kagawad Pilor. In view hereof, we would like a copy of your spot and progress reports.
