I filed my ticket on Gcash help center on April 26 because my gcash account suddenly becomes 0 when it supposed to have a balance of 10,400. Upon checking the transaction details, which is downloadable on gcash app I do have an ending balance of 10,400. It has been 2 weeks now and I didn’t received any response from them aside from they needed more time to investigate. I am calling their hotlines everyday just to get an update unfortunately, I was always adviced to wait. I would like to formally complaint gcash about my Money on where does it go, and I would like to know the progress of my com
