I would like to reach out in your good office to please grant my request for refund on my supposedly Police Clearance application. I have made the payment thru MyEG PHILIPPINES in 7eleven payment kiosk with the Reference #: 3QP5LLONON with the total amount of P180.
I have already got my police clearance and made another payment in the police station amounting P300 in total.
I am hoping for your kind consideration granting my request.
