You asked for Report of Fraud and Scam.

Response to your request

While our aim is to provide the information whenever possible, in this instance, please be informed that your concern does not belong within the scope of FOI, this may fall to PNP frontline services which are being catered by Police Stations. You may personally visit the nearest Police Station in the area  or to the nearest cybercrime office  or call Reporting of Cybercrime Incidents :: Department of Justice - Republic of the Philippines :: Tel: (+632) 523 8482, (+632) 523 6826  for your concern.

Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days of receiving this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.

If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
