Hi. I would like to request for the said document,  PNP Memorandum Circular No. 2018-009, because I will be using it as an appendix in the manual that we're doing. Im from the Supreme Court and we are currently doing the manual on the use of Body-worn Cameras in the Execution po warrants. Thank you.
