Hello, sir.

I am a Chinese citizen

I need to apply for a National Police Clearance to prove that I do not have any pending cases with the Philippine Constabulary, but the requirement for the National Police Clearance is that I need to go to the police station to be fingerprinted. This is a big headache for me.

I have NBI Clearance and I would like to know if NBI Clearance can also prove that you do not have any pending cases in the Philippine Constabulary system?
Can NBI Clearance be used instead of National Police Clearance?
