Ma'am/Sir, may i respectfully inquire under what provision of the Data Privacy Act prohibits the access to this information?  May I also ask if  it would be possible to request for at least the provisions granted in the MOA entered into by and between the  PNP and the CSG Consumer Coop,  without infringing on the rights of data subjects and other personal information protected under the Data Privacy Act of 2012?
