I am Marvin M. Guevara 36 years old from Zamboanga City and currently employed in Government Agency.

I was former a PNP officer at region 8 Tacloban City, from November 1, 2011 until July 31,2013.
I want to make a Request for Certificate of no pending case when i was at the PNP serviced.
