Hello, i would like to request po a blotter about what happened lastnight. Due to trauma i didnt report it immediately cause im the only one when the incident happened. In case someone use my identity po since including my atm and nakuha cash ko sa wallet. I want to report it po since di aq nkapasok sa work bec of what happened and i need a blotter or a police report.
