We would like to request a copy of the spot report, investigation report, and documents relative to the case of Violation of the Rights of Women by Florencio A Baluga to his wife Brigida C Baluga at Sitio Madala-ag, Buaya, Balbalan, Kalinga, sometime on June 2021. The said case was referred by Municipal Social Welfare and Development Officer (MSWDO), Myrna M Canapi to our office (Commission on Human Rights) for investigation and monitoring. Thank you
