Hi I would like to ask for assistance for making a refund from my police clearance payment via gcash due to it's not been use as well as it have the wrong information provided that's why it cannot be processed and will never be used. thank you for understanding.

You asked for Refund of my police clearance payment via gcash.

While our aim is to provide information whenever possible, in this instance we are unable to provide you the information you have requested because your concern does not belong within the scope of FOI, this may fall to PNP frontline services which being catered by Police Stations. Hence, you may contact the Police station where you applied for your police clearance and request them for refund.
