Greetings!

I am Ivel Santos, reporter at VERA Files (verafiles.org), a non-profit media organization. I would like to request the following sets of data:
1) Total number of community quarantine and health protocol violators since March 15 to present.
2) Disaggregated data per type of violations, e.g. non-wearing of face masks.
3. If available, how many of the violators have so far been charged or ruled guilty for their violations?

We will be citing these data in our article regarding the quarantine experience of Filipinos amid the COVID-19 pandemic. Hoping for your prompt response!
