I am Lorenz Timothy Barco Ranera, a PhD (History) student at the University of the Philippines Diliman. My research concentration is Philippine legal history.
My project is to write about the legal and social developments of rape in the Philippines (post-war period). In this regard, I am requesting to access the number of rape cases in the Philippines per year starting from 1946 to 2000.
