Dear Ma'am/Sir,
  Goodmorning, I would like to request for a cctv footage along Quirino Highway Entering Rainbow Homes 1 of Brgy San Bartolome QC, dated April 17,2023 around 12am to 2am due to an accident. A motorcycle which is out of the way have been hit by my co-worker's car. Unfortunately, we're not able to take pictures due to the driver of the motorcycle removed it from the original place and CCTV Footage is need for the insurance. Hoping for your immediate assistance. Thank yoy
