They're using the borrower personal data to engage in unfair collection practices.These have been the subject of various complaints of unauthorized use of personal data that resulted in harassment and shaming of borrowers.For the violation of RA no.9475 or the Lending Company Regulation Act of 2007 RA No. 3765 Truth in Lending Act RA No. 7394 Consumer Act of the Philippines RA No. 10173 Data Privacy Act of 2012 for illegaly collecting my contacts and accessed of my messenger RA No. 10175 Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012 for dishonor, discredit.
