Hi, Im Joven Bie I would like to check my police record online this month of December because I'm too busy to check it on police station since I'm on my way to Manila, I'm from Iloilo and I want to check it since I need it these week. I will visit the nearest police station on Manila for me to request for a clearance as soon as possible.

You asked for Police clearance.
Response to Request
Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the endorsement memo from the Chief of Police upon verification from the investigation section that they cannot give/provide your clearance request and he humbly advice to proceed to the nearest police station where you reside to get your police Clearance.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to Iloilo City Police Office -FOI Incharge. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
