(1) Requesting for PRBS "UPDATED" citizen's charter.

Citizen's charter will be used to determine transferee recourse re: non-remittance of transferee's pension.

Transferee did not receive 3 months worth of her pension despite quarterly updating and submitting all the required documents for her validation. She coordinated with local PNP (assigned buddy), concerned PRBU and PRBS. Her name has also been included in the system. PNP offices  told her that it will be processed "next" month until it accumulated to 3 (three) months.
