I would like to request a raw data of:
1) The Total number of Juvenile Delinquents in the whole Philippines per region ( e.g., statistics, reports, nature of offence, etc.).
I have requested this data however it was denied due to lack of supporting details. I will surely send the the request letter signed by my Thesis Instructor right after sending this request. I would really appreciate if the data will be in excel format.
