1. Number of drug dealers and users who surrendered since Oplan Tokhang began
2. Number of drug deals and users jailed following police operations
3. Number of drug dealers and users killed in police operations
4. Number of collateral damage (ordinary citizens injured or killed) in police operations
5. PNP estimated number of drug dealers and users still on the loose
