Hi, I would like to check if my girlfriend has an arrest warrant. Her name is Abigael G. Cuenza. She currently lives in Cambodia. She was assaulted by one of her coworkers that is also a Filipino and when she filed a case here. This man fled as soon as he was sent a subpoena. His wife assisted him so that he may return to the Philippines. Before they left, they threatened my girlfriend that they will sue her in the Philippines. She hasn't ever tried to go home because of that.
