This is in response to a wrongfully marked request as 'successful': FOI Request #PNP-542671004553

Hi I would like to request information from PNP Retirement and Benefits Services (PRBS) regarding: 

(1) Citizen's Charter 
(2) Organizational Chart (including Accounting Division)

PS: The specific information was not found on your website and I would not request it here in eFOI if I could just find it on your website. I tried contacting your trunkline & PRBS operators but they refused to share such info, this includes PNP Public Information's Office under the supervision of P/COL Roderick Alba.
