I already filed a Police Report PS 3 Blotter Entry No. 2023-080-229 Page No. 187 Volume 1 Series of 2022 from QCPD Police Station 3 (Talipapa) due to theft of kasambahay.

I would like arrest and trace the information of my kasambahay with with the following information.

Alias: Jocelyn Cuevas/Duenas
Real Name: Mary Rose Montilla/Germina
Birthplace: Tarlac City
Location: 138 Ermin Garcia St. Brgy. E Rod. Quezon City
Birthday: March 02, 1989

We were able to locate the real name of the suspect and she tried to access my wife's email. Please forward to PNP cybercrime.

Alias Name: Jocelyn Cuevas/Duenas based on the fake id and brgy certificate.
Working Agency: Diar's Assistance Inc.
Address: 232 Shaw Blvd. Mandaluyong, Quezon City

Age: 34
Birthday: March 02, 1989
