Iam currently undertaking thesis right now entitled “Cybercrime Investigation: It’s Trends, Challenges and Strategies as Perceived by Batangas City and Lipa City Police Officer”. I would like to seek permission from your office to get information specifically the current state of cybercrime rate/status at Batangas City, Lipa City and in both global and national level. The information shall be treated with outmost confidentiality, and will be utilized only for research and academic purposes.
